Our scientific mission is to enhance athletic performance through a data-driven approach that personalizes and optimizes training processes, ensuring peak performance in competitive scenarios. By assessing and controlling each athlete's training regimen, we aim to tailor their development and maximize the effectiveness of training prescriptions. Our project involves analyzing sports performance in both training and competition settings, offering methodological guidance, and supporting real-time decision-making. Additionally, we evaluate the impact of various training methodologies on athletes' adaptation profiles, aiming to deepen our understanding of how individualized approaches can boost performance and long-term development. Through this comprehensive research project, we seek to develop innovative, evidence-based strategies that push the boundaries of sports science and performance optimization.
Keywords: sports training; testing and monitoring; sports performance
Specific objectives:
- Evaluate and control the athlete's training process to individualize and optimize it.
- Analyze sports performance for methodological training guidance and decision-making in competition.
- Test the effect of different methodological approaches on the athlete's adaptation profile.
