HELDER MIGUEL GRAÇA FERNANDES
Helder Miguel Fernandes holds a degree in Physical Education and Sport [2003], a PhD in Psychology (Health and Exercise) [2007] and a PhD in Sports Science [2021] from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. He is an Invited Adjunct Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda and an Integrated Member of SPRINT (IPG). He works in the areas of Sport, Exercise and Health, Psychology and Physical Education.
