José Eduardo de Araújo Teixeira has a degree in Cardiopneumology from the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco 2009-2013) and in Sports from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança 2014-2017). Recently, José Eduardo Teixeira has graduated a Master in Exercise and Health by the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança 2020-2022) and a PhD in Sports Sciences by the University of Trás-os-Montes 2017-2022). José Eduardo Teixeira has published several studies in the area of exercise physiology, training load monitoring and performance analysis in individual and team sports. Additionally, José Eduardo Teixeira has several publications in the area of medical and health sciences. Currently, José Eduardo Teixeira teaches at the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança and at the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda.
