Susana Franco (Lisbon, Portugal, 1973): - PhD in Sport Sciences, Master Degree in Exercise & Health, Post-graduation in Methodological Foundations of Research in Physical Activity and Sport, Bachelor in Sport Sciences. - Associate Professor at ESDRM the Sport Sciences School of Rio Maior – Santarém Polytechnic University (worked there since 1998), having performed several functions: At the moment - Deputy director and vice-president of the technical-scientific council; In the past - President of pedagogical council and of school assembly president, coordinator of the Physical Activity and Health department and coordinator of the Sport, Fitness & Health bachelor. - Integrated member at Sport Physical Activity and Health Research and Innovation CenTer (SPRINT), and collaborator member at Life Quality Research Center (CIEQV). - Was a board member of European Network of Sport Education (2017-2023) and a board president of the Scientific Society of Sport Pedagogy (2018-2022). - Worked on several national and European financed projects (since 2003), recently New Health 2022 (2020-2022) and Healthy Lifestyle Network Europe (HLNE; 2023-2026). - Published several articles and books/chapters.
